Johanna Kujala

Dr. Johanna Kujala is currently working as a professor of Management and Organization at University of Tampere.
Previously she has worked as a senior researcher and lecturer at the Tampere University of Technology, and University of Jyväskylä. Her articles have been published in Journal of Business Ethics, Business Ethics: A European Review, International Journal of Value Based Management, Progress in Industrial Ecology, and Journal of International Business Ethics. Dr. Kujala is a member of the review board of Business Ethics: A European Review, and a member of the board of European Business Ethics Network’s Finnish chapter (EBEN Finland). Her current research interests are focusing on how stakeholder relations create value, multi-voicedness in stakeholder strategizing, and on (female) managers’ moral decision-making.
