The ultimate registration deadline for presenting participants is November 25 and for non-presenting participants November 30. Plenary sessions participants December 5. Early bird fees are for registration by November 3.

Please note that we do not send invitation letters to participants.

The above fees cover:
- access to all plenary and parallel sessions
- conference bag
- inclusion of abstract in the book of abstracts
- a print copy of the book of abstracts
- inclusion of final paper in the conference proceedings
- conference proceedings publication (CD-ROM sent by post after the conference)
- reception on Tuesday evening
- lunches on Wednesday and Thursday
- coffee and tea during the breaks on Wednesday and Thursday
- conference dinner on Wednesday
- reception on Thursday evening

Plenary session participants:

The fee covers:
- access to all plenary sessions
- a print copy of the book of abstracts
- conference proceedings publication (CD-ROM sent by post after the conference)
- coffee and tea during breaksellation policy

If the cancellation is sent by email to ebrf(a)tut.fi before December 8th, the registration fee will be refunded, deducted by the administration charge of 100 Euros. No refunds will be given after this date. Refund can not be made for no-shows.
