Marko Seppä, Conference Chair. Marko Seppä, was apprenticed venture capitalist in a classic partnership culture, in the late 1980s. In 1991, he co-created a pioneering VC firm into the emerging markets of Russia and the Baltics and, in 2001, an ambitious e-business research center – and EBRF & V2C Forum – for a local pilot of eEurope. He currently co-creates Global Venture Lab, a university based business creation platform.
